Woke up each morning to delightful coffee and a friendly staff that made every moment enjoyable. The tram stop was just a quick stroll away, making it easy to venture into Venice.

The location is a major plus. a mere 5-minute stroll to the tram stop whisked us to beautiful Venice. The friendly staff made our stay pleasant, enhancing our overall experience.
Unfortunate issues arose with maintenance. the air conditioning struggled to provide relief during warm nights, impacting comfort significantly and overshadowing some aspects of our stay.
